Interviewee: Abdulla Eissa

Interviewers: Hedley, Old Ahmed and New Ahmed

position : electrical engineer, ADNOC

Greetings: the usual welcome from Hedley and good response from Abdulla: optimistic, clever and
ambitious.

Opening statement: Abdulla said he considered working in ADNOC and he is studying electric engineering as a major & ADNOC accepts it.

First, Hedley asked Abdulla to talk about himself. Then, Old Ahmed asked Abdulla about what attracted him to work in ADNC. He thought this company suited his major and he can work inside Abu Dhabi and outside it. Old Ahmed asked a good question if he can work under pressure. Abdulla liked to work under pressure; he doesn’t mind to work in different positions and he doesn’t mind to work in his friend’s time. About Abdulla’s goals: he wants to study for a master’s after 2 years. Then New Ahmed asked Abdulla about his outside interests. Abdulla likes skating and bowling. In the last period of the interview Abdulla asked Ahmed what his job title would be and for whom he will work. Ahmed answered that he would work for ADNOC and we will see where we should put you with regard to your qualifications.

In my opinion, Abdulla is good, confident and ambitious. He is qualified to work in ADNOC.
